Returns & Exchanges

14 Days Return & Exchange Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return the product, you will get the same amount (minus shipping costs) in your given bank account details within 2-3 working days.

Note: No requests will be entertained after 14 days of purchase.

 

Conditions for Return & Exchange:

• Unworn/unused items can be exchanged/returned with their original receipt & tag.
• No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products / clearance Sale.
• If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
• All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.
• Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.

 

Shipping costs will only be refunded for purchases if:

• The item was damaged when received by the customer
• The wrong item was delivered
• In all other cases you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
